At SP x SPORT, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your peak performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your SP x SPORT account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
